Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage your queue of tickets
  • Investigate and resolve tickets in your queue
  • Provide impeccable customer service
  • Ensure timely, precise, evidence-based documentation of all support activities
  • Verify and update all documentation pertaining to each ticket you work
  • Collaborate with your team members and work together to help each other solve incidents
  • Maintain an appropriate level of communication with clients and management for each incident you work
  • Follow standardized procedures and create new procedures when required
  • Some travel to client’s offices

Requirements

  • Fluent, clear spoken English
  • Excellent written English (to create clear, concise, client-facing communications)
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and triage your queue of existing and new cases as they come in
  • Resourcefulness to find answers and solve problems
  • Basic Experience with the following
    • Troubleshooting PC/MAC issues
    • Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems
    • Troubleshooting general network infrastructure problems including networking equipment,
      printers, PC/Server hardware, etc.
    • Microsoft Office
    • Other business applications
