About the position

We’re looking for a technical, talented IT Support Specialist to help support our clients’ servers, storage and network infrastructure.

You’ll have to juggle a few balls

You’ll have a number of tickets in your queue that you’ll need to manage effectively. While some of these tickets are closed in minutes, other tickets can be open for months. These tickets range from routine maintenance to major server/network down issues.

You’ll have to be a firefighter

When servers/networks are down or not performing well, businesses are affected dramatically. When a major incident comes in, you’ll need to immediately begin working to resolve the interruption. This position is from 8am-5pm monday-friday, and must also be available on-call outside of standard work hours in the event of emergencies.

You’ll be part of a family

Experience

We’re looking for someone who has worked in an tier 2-3 support position and who has background in, and an understanding of, IT Infrastructure (i.e. servers, networking, etc.)
• Minimum of 2-year IT experience.
• Experience working for a managed IT service provider (MSP) a plus.
• Must have considerable hands on experience implementing IT solutions.
• Must have prior call center or field work experience.
