Responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage your queue of tickets
- Investigate and resolve tickets in your queue
- Provide impeccable customer service
- Ensure timely, precise, evidence-based documentation of all support activities
- Verify and update all documentation pertaining to each ticket you work
- Collaborate with your team members and work together to help each other solve incidents
- Maintain an appropriate level of communication with clients and management for each incident you work
- Follow standardized procedures and create new procedures when required
- Some travel to client’s offices
Requirements
- Fluent, clear spoken English
- Excellent written English (to create clear, concise, client-facing communications)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and triage your queue of existing and new cases as they come in
- Resourcefulness to find answers and solve problems
- Basic Experience with the following
- Troubleshooting PC/MAC issues
- Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems
- Troubleshooting general network infrastructure problems including networking equipment,
printers, PC/Server hardware, etc. - Microsoft Office
- Other business applications
